Checklist Customization - Adding a new defect type to a checklist
To add a new defect type, ensure that the desired asset category and checklist are selected.
Click Add New which will expand the window to include an Add New section.

Enter the details for the group and type of defect before clicking Add.
Note: Either select an existing defect group to add to using the drop-down list, or create an entirely new defect group by typing directly into the text box (all defect types must be organized by defect groups).
